Services

I offer private school admissions testing (WPPSI-IV or WISC-V), screener evaluations, and comprehensive evaluations to identify learning differences, neurodiversity (e.g., ADHD/Autism), and gain insights into personality, social-emotional functioning, and underlying dynamics for diagnostic clarity and tailored treatment. My goal is to help clients understand how their minds work, recognize their unique strengths and learning styles, and provide targeted supports aligned with each individual’s neurotype to foster ongoing growth and wellbeing. I also offer adult ADHD & Autism evaluations and psychological evaluations.

I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions, typically once or twice weekly sessions ranging from 45-60-minutes. My practice is inclusive, welcoming clients of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and abilities. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and college students. I employ an integrated approach rooted in Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles to foster self-insight and personal growth. I am trained in Supporting Parents with Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), a parent-based approach to supporting anxious children. I offer play therapy, talk therapy, and parent guidance and counseling.

I provide professional supervision for mental health professionals who have completed doctoral degrees in psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) and are working with clients located in DC, Virginia, and/or Maryland. I tailor supervision to each supervisee’s unique style and developmental stage, drawing from psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral frameworks. I offer a safe, authentic space that values openness and mutual vulnerability, fostering a meaningful supervisory relationship. My psychodynamic lens emphasizes the impact of past experiences, cultural identity, and relational patterns, drawing on ego, object relations, attachment, and relational theories to support thoughtful, client-centered work.
