Contacting Me
You may leave a voicemail at any time. I aim to return calls within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Phone calls, messages, or emails exceeding 10 minutes per week will be billed at my prorated rate.

For emergencies, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call/text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

Electronic Communication & Social Media
To protect your privacy and maintain clear boundaries:

  • I do not accept friend or follow requests from clients on any social media platform.

  • Email and text are used only (with your consent) for scheduling or billing—not for clinical issues.

  • Please do not contact me via social media; I will not respond.

  • Clinical matters should be discussed in session, by phone, or via the secure client portal.

Internet Searches & Online Content

  • I do not search for client information online unless there’s a safety concern.

  • You may find information about me online, but it may be outdated or inaccurate.

  • If anything you find online affects how you feel about our work, you're welcome to bring it up in session.

  • Due to confidentiality laws, I cannot respond to reviews or comments, even if they contain misinformation.

  • I respectfully ask that clients do not post reviews while still in treatment, as it can affect the therapeutic process.

Let me know if you have any questions—we can discuss them in session.
